What can a Phone System Do for our Business?

  1. Automated Attendant:  Automated Attendant can answer your phone calls automatically, rout callers to associates extensions or mail boxes, tell customers about your services, products, location and so on.  Using an Automated Attendant feature also allows callers to reach your off-site telephones such as another business location, a cell phone or a home phone.

    Multiple Automated Attendant Greetings are also available for more than one business on a single system or day and night greetings to let callers know of the status of your business.
     

  2. Voice Mail:  Did you know that 85% of call places in business interrupt work at hand that is more important.  Say that again!  Voice Mail allows callers to leave messages for associates that are either not in the office or to busy to take a phone call. 

    Voice Mail also provides the capability of having you and your associates available when not at their desk by using a system speed dial associated with a dial action input in the Voice Mail system.  Example:  (You have reached John Doe to reach me immediately press #84 or to leave a message please stay on the line).  Pressing the #84 Callers will immediately be routed to a system speed dial through the Voice Mail Dial Action table.  You and your associates can also use what is called Voice Mail notification to be notified of new Voice Mail messages.

    You can also use what are known as Virtual Voice Mailboxes for associates that do not physically have a presence or a desk in your office.  With 90 mailboxes available on most voice mail systems you can provide your associates with virtual mailboxes accessible through any touch tone phone.
     

  3. Answering Machine Emulation:  allows your voice mailbox the capability of a regular home answering machine that will screen your calls as they arrive.
     

  4. Call Transfer:  You and your associates will have the ability to transfer phone calls to another branch office, an off-site cell phone or home phone, directly to an available associate, or to a busy or not available associates voice mail.
     

  5. Music on Hold:  Music on Hold is a great feature that lets callers know that in-fact the call has not been dropped and also lets callers know of your services or products by a pre-recorded message.
     

  6. Account Codes:  Account Codes are available for large organizations to let administrators know of whom is making what phone calls and where the phone calls are placed.
     

  7. Barge in and Silent Monitor:  Barge in and Silent Monitor allows administrators and managers to either participate in phone calls or monitor phone calls silently.
     

  8. Call Forwarding:  allows an associate to forward a call to an extension or off-site to a Cell phone when not available at desk.
     

  9. Conversation Record:  adds the capability of recording conversations for training purposes.
